I started working for StreetVet in Summer 2025 and it feels like a dream come true. I have followed the work of the charity for years and am an avid supporter of everything StreetVet does, as well as being a huge animal advocate.  

I have worked in the charity sector for over 20 years and have always been involved in supporting volunteers. The volunteers at StreetVet are incredible and so dedicated to providing the best care possible and protecting the invaluable human–animal bond. It’s such a privilege to be able to support these inspiring volunteers and help to care for the pets of those experiencing homelessness without needing to have any veterinary experience myself! 

Outside of work, I love to explore the outdoors with my family, which includes our crazy rescue Staffy X Patterdale terrier, Selia.  I volunteer for The Cinnamon Trust, and I never tire of playing games and sports- all of which I am not very good at!
